Senior Manager - Regulatory Tax Planning & Analysis

What we are looking for:
A leader to provide subject matter expertise for the company’s regulated businesses which represents over 70% of the organizations revenue and continues to grow organically and through strategic acquisitions. This includes providing regulatory tax planning strategies, reviewing and developing legislative initiatives, and due diligence support for merger and acquisition activities.
What does the job entail?
Advises and guides the organization on the tax aspects of planning, structuring, and executing transactions of all sizes
Analyzes proposed restructuring and acquisition transactions
Leads tax aspects of deal and project valuation modeling efforts, financings, and contract structuring
Interprets complex statutory and regulatory actions relating to corporate and partnership transactions
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years regulatory experience
Preferred qualifications:
10+years regulatory experience
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Master's - Accounting/Finance
